Have you ever tried to get a shift covered and asked almost everyone you knew if they could, but they couldn't? And of course they told you that they knew a few people who probably could... but then they never got back to you with that person's info? Or have you ever tried picking up a shift but Scheduling tells you that nothing is open, only to come in the next day to find out that somebody you or your partner knows was desperately trying to get a shift covered for the same day you wanted to work?

Hopefully, this site will help. I have experienced both of those situations all too frequently and it gets a little old and quite frustrating after a while. I am a lowly field level employee, like you, who wishes to try and ease the pain a bit when it comes to shift trading, picking up or giving away.

This website will be maintained by me, and no one else. I do this out of the goodness of my heart and I am wholly uncompensated for it, so please remember this if you have an issue or a complaint. I'm also doing it because I'm tired of being told that the day I need off is being denied by Scheduling and the only solution is to either call everyone on the phone list or leave a note on the bulletin board at Deployment. I'm sure we've all been in that boat at one time or another.

If you have any suggestions to make using this website easier, I'd love to hear it so shoot me an email and I'll see what I can do. I only ask a few things:

1) Please keep the language clean - the bulletin board is for shift give aways and pick ups, not general chatting.

2) Help each other out!
